As a Salesforce Technical Business Analyst, you will be at the forefront of the clients digital transformation journey. You will play a pivotal role in analyzing and understanding the business needs, translating them into technical solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. Your expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration will be crucial in optimizing processes, improving efficiency, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for Salesforce projects.
- Analyze and translate business needs into technical specifications, ensuring clear communication between technical and non-technical team members.
- Configure and customize Salesforce functionalities to align with business requirements.
- Collaborate with developers and system administrators to implement and integrate Salesforce solutions.
- Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce within the organization.
