Established in 2008, our client is the lead distributor for telecom services in Saudi Arabia. In a short period of time, they have firmly established themselves as a leading force, serving over 15million satisfied subscribers and generating a healthy turnover. They are looking to hire a Recruitment Manager who will be responsible for planning the manpower needs, and developing and implementing the recruitment process and policies for the organisation and ensuring its alignment with human resource and business strategy. Responsibilities will include: • Monitor the daily movement of liquid resources and to decide on optimal working capital levels/needs. • Seek short term investment opportunities available for the surplus funds and to evaluate different options for investment decision. • Coordinate with the bank for any services related to normal business operations and to trouble shoot any day to day issues. • Maintain/enhance banking relationship for better services and for preferred customer status and services. • Ensure all bank related transactions are reconciled with general ledger on a periodic basis. • Communicate any discrepancies to the respective parties for corrective and follow up action. • Supervise the infrastructure and processes to ensure the technical aspects of automated payment and collections function run smoothly. • Act as the technical resource person in system reviews and upgrades. • Ensure adequate insurance coverage based on changing business needs. Arabic - Fluent / Excellent English - Very Good

Any Job Skills You should have the following experience / skills: • At least 10 years of work experience, 5 years post qualification, managerial level ,preferably in FMCG or Telecom • Professional qualifications: CMA or SOCPA • Arabic National required. • Written and verbal communication skills – Arabic & English • Strong knowledge of Trade Finance. • Very good self-drive and motivation. • Ability to build strategic relationships. • ERP knowledge preferable.
