Night Shift Supervisor Are you a natural leader with a passion for manufacturing excellence? We are partnering with a leading company in Sligo to find a dedicated Night Shift Supervisor to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities: As a Shift Supervisor, you will:

1. Lead and develop shift team leaders, fostering a positive work environment and open communication.
2. Maintain a strong presence in key manufacturing areas, including product finishing and inspection areas.
3. Manage team attendance, absenteeism, and overtime, ensuring optimal productivity.
4. Conduct probation and performance reviews, driving employee development through training plans and skills enhancement.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues, implement changes, and improve productivity.
6. Ensure compliance with production and quality procedures, health and safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
7. Lead corrective and preventative actions to maintain high-quality standards.
8. Support projects related to process development, EHS compliance, new product introduction, and waste reduction.

1. Proven track record in people management.
2. Minimum three years experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
4. Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
