UI/UX Designer (Figma + Prototype)

Telebort is seeking a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in crafting the visual and interactive experiences for our tech projects, including web, mobile, and social media platforms. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring our products reflect a cohesive and visually appealing brand identity while providing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. Location: Remote Working Days and Hours: Tuesday (0.5 working day) to Sunday (5.5 working days) | 10 am to 7 pm (with 1-hour lunch time) Job Fields: Computer Science/ Engineering field background Tech & Data Full-Time Hybrid / Remote

You will play an important role in

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's goal, project goals, and design objectives.
• Participate in various tech projects and conduct user research to understand user behavior, preferences, and pain points, and Implement user feedback to improve user experiences.
• Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma, ensuring seamless interactions and user flows.
• Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web, mobile, and social media platforms.
• Maintain a consistent brand identity across all digital touchpoints, reinforcing the company's image and values.
• Oversee ongoing projects related to branding, web design, mobile app development, and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Collaborate effectively with developers, product managers, and other team members throughout the design process.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have

• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in product design, UI/UX design, graphic design, Webflow design, and branding.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, InVision, Webflow).
• Solid visual design skills with attention to typography, color, layout, and composition.
• Experience conducting user research and translating insights into effective design solutions.
• Ability to work well with multiple and challenging projects concurrently.
• Flexibility to work flexible hours.
• Possession of an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to thrive in a volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA) environment.
