Description

Develop Primary & Secondary Curriculum for Dar-ul-Madinah and ensure its alignment with the relevant government authorities (PNC) and Shariah guidelines. Ensure academic planning and resource development (and selection of books) including model lesson plans for all subjects of primary and secondary classes. Ensure the timely development of all assessment-related documents, including formative assessment plans and procedures, summative assessment sheets, students' observation records, individual student evaluation reports, progress reports, and other relevant documents. Maintain appropriate records and statistics and analyze trends to suggest corrective actions. Keep updated regarding new trends and approaches in teaching and learning and update Dar-ul-Madinah standards accordingly. Monitor students’ performance and satisfaction through student evaluation and observation reports, classroom records, and visit progress records. Conduct TNA to identify the professional development needs of primary & secondary teachers, coordinators, and campus heads, and design and develop comprehensive training programs accordingly. Review and give feedback on the reports of education managers. Ensure campus visits as per requirements and visit plans.
