Conference Producer (with Content Marketing)

This role is crucial in driving the success of our events, content initiatives and business development plans. The Role In this role, you will work alongside the Conference, Sales and Marketing teams to research industry trends and source potential participants to our curated summit programmes. Being able to identify, connect with, recruit and manage senior attendees to our programmes will be key. Additionally, you will be working within the Marketing team to identify and engage with companies and individuals to feature in our content marketing programs, including planned webinars, podcasts, and interviews.  This is a great opportunity for a motivated, ambitious, confident and organised professional to develop your career quickly and take a leading role in a fast-growing events business. The successful candidate will be a confident communicator, highly organised and with excellent research and written skills.   Responsibilities:

• Producing high-quality summit programmes through research and collaboration with industry thought leaders
• Researching and identifying trending content topics and market trends for use in our content plan
• Working with the Marketing team to identify trends and topics that showcase our events and take advantage of high social traffic
• Recruiting senior level hosts and participants to contribute to our live and on-demand programmes
• Collaborating and generating new ideas for content-led campaigns
• Co-ordinating speaker and attendee operations behind each summit programme – managing involvement and ensuring an excellent level of communications
• Updating event websites with agendas and speakers
• Building rapport with key industry stakeholders to gain insight into the market and to assist in the promotion of any marketing content produced

We are looking for someone with relevant experience, who can join our team and contribute immediately.  This is an excellent opportunity to significantly contribute towards the growth of an event portfolio, working with innovative startups and multinational companies, on an international stage. Prior conference production experience or an interest in live events would be very beneficial. And an interest or knowledge of financial services, fintech or digital transformation would also be advantageous but is not essential.  The role is based remotely, with travel required for event days and occasional team meet-ups. Please note that this is not an events management/logistics position. Producers are responsible for researching industry trends, producing cutting-edge content, and sourcing conference speakers to create the intellectual format of the event. About Us: We are MoneyNext. We produce exceptional events in the BFSI sector. Our flagship event takes place in London each June with 3,000 attendees anticipated in 2025. We are also expanding our portfolio internationally with an event in Charlotte, North Carolina in November this year and further locations planned for 2025. Salary Information, Hours and Holidays: The salary band for this role is £24,000 - £34,000 per year based on experience of the role and working in B2B events. All employees work a 36 hour week with 25 days holiday included. Graduates are invited to apply.
