Are you an ambitious conference producer seeking an opportunity to help shape the success of our curated roundtable programmes? Are you a passionate and results-driven marketing professional with a knack for building relationships? We’re seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team to curate our roundtable programme and assist with our content marketing plans. This role is crucial in driving the success of our events, content initiatives and business development plans. The Role In this role, you will work alongside the Conference, Sales and Marketing teams to research industry trends and source potential participants to our curated summit programmes. Being able to identify, connect with, recruit and manage senior attendees to our programmes will be key. Additionally, you will be working within the Marketing team to identify and engage with companies and individuals to feature in our content marketing programs, including planned webinars, podcasts, and interviews. The successful candidate will be a confident communicator, highly organised and with excellent research and written skills. Responsibilities:
- Producing high-quality summit programmes through research and collaboration with industry thought leaders
- Researching and identifying trending content topics and market trends for use in our content plan
- Working with the Marketing team to identify trends and topics that showcase our events and take advantage of high social traffic
- Recruiting senior level hosts and participants to contribute to our live and on-demand programmes
- Collaborating and generating new ideas for content-led campaigns
- Co-ordinating speaker and attendee operations behind each summit programme – managing involvement and ensuring an excellent level of communications
- Updating event websites with agendas and speakers
- Building rapport with key industry stakeholders to gain insight into the market and to assist in the promotion of any marketing content produced
- Experience working as a conference producer
- Excellent writing skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong researching and organisational skills
- The ability to manage and deliver multiple projects at any given time
