Candidate with at least one year work experience as receptionist and coordinator.Greeting customers and visitors to the office, ensuring guests are comfortable and are connected with the right office personnelMonitoring and ordering inventory for office.Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, faxes, mail and packagesFiling and organizing records, invoices and other important documentationSubmitting work orders and scheduling repairs for general office space and equipment.Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopyingWrite emails, memos and letters.Implement and/or develop office procedures and record system.Qualities required:Presentable with MS office knowledge and good in greetings :)Candidate who is looking for immediate joining and strong in communication.Visa and medical will provided along with fixed salary.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentAbility to commute/relocate:Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
