*Sittingbourne – Hybrid Working **Permanent , Full Time **The role* As *Service Desk Analyst *you will bepart of a high performing team providing an efficient, friendly and responsive service to internal and external customers. *What you’ll do ** Receive and respond to requests for support by following documented procedures * Provide information to enable resolution or promptly allocating unresolved calls as appropriate. * To maintain accurate records of actions taken. * Provide First Line Technology support for the whole organisation including supporting staff, board committee members and external suppliers *What you’ll need** Experience of working with Office365 software * Experience in Customer Service or similar role * Full UK Driving Licence (Manual)* Ability to work well independently, under pressure and in line with our SLAs * Experience in complex problem solving, and identifying when to escalate queries *The role is hybrid with a minimum of 3 days in the office.**In your supporting statement, it is important that you address how you meet each of the above criteria providing real examples.**Closing Date: 27 August 2024 at 23.59pm.**About us* At Southern Housing, our residents are at the *heart* of everything we do.
