Assist customers in their inquiries by providing professional knowledge and service to achieve specified productivity and quality service standards. Support Sales Key Account Managers in business operations for existing customers.

1. Build rapport and maintain good long-term relationships with existing customers. Process and maintain customer accounts and records accurately in the SAP system.
2. Attend to customer feedback and handle customer-related inquiries and complaints. Channel all information to the management team to resolve issues effectively and in a timely manner.
3. Assist existing customers in placing orders as necessary and online ordering whenever required.
4. Maintain and update customer general data (Email, PIC, Contact number) in the system accurately and in a timely manner.
5. Understand well Lyreco and customer end-to-end corporate business process flow to ensure professional dealings with customers at all times.
6. Handle escalation of any customer complaints with respective inter-departments effectively and in a timely manner.
7. Process all daily tasks according to Lyreco standards and procedures. Highlight any changes requested from inter-departments to the management team for approval.
8. Carry out any other reasonable assignments from the management team from time to time.
