Assist customers in their inquiries by providing professional knowledge and service to achieve specified productivity and quality service standards. Support Sales Key Account Managers in business operations for existing customers.- Build rapport and maintain good long-term relationships with existing customers. Process and maintain customer accounts and records accurately in the SAP system.
- Attend to customer feedback and handle customer-related inquiries and complaints. Channel all information to the management team to resolve issues effectively and in a timely manner.
- Assist existing customers in placing orders as necessary and online ordering whenever required.
- Maintain and update customer general data (Email, PIC, Contact number) in the system accurately and in a timely manner.
- Understand well Lyreco and customer end-to-end corporate business process flow to ensure professional dealings with customers at all times.
- Handle escalation of any customer complaints with respective inter-departments effectively and in a timely manner.
- Process all daily tasks according to Lyreco standards and procedures. Highlight any changes requested from inter-departments to the management team for approval.
- Carry out any other reasonable assignments from the management team from time to time.
