The successful candidate will assist the team with day-to-day tasks such as drafting documents, conducting research, and providing support. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced lawyers and gain practical hands-on experience. 2) We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide full time, on-site general support to our operations. Qualifications and Requirements: We would like to hear from candidates who fulfill the following: 1) Pupil-in-Chambers - Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with completion of CLP / BPTC examination or qualified to commence pupillage. - Ability to work with high motivation and dedication. - Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively. - Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both written and verbal. - Strong language proficiency - English (written and verbal) is compulsory. Any additional language(s) will be desirable and an added advantage, but not compulsory. - Proactive, meticulous, responsible, good interpersonal skills and willing to learn. - Strong analytical and research skills. - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. - Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. 2) Administrative Assistant - Ability to perform tasks with attention to details and keep track of deadlines. - Proactive, meticulous, responsible, good interpersonal skills and willing to learn. - Ability to work independently with high motivation and dedication. - Punctual.
