Nursery Practitioner - Level 3

The Potters Bar Day Nursery & Pre-School Early Years Practitioner Level 3 Salary £25,000 Hours 40 hours all year round. 40 hours a week - you choose 4 days 36 hours or the usual 5 days 40 hours (we want to be flexiable and have patterns that works around you) The Potters Bar Day Nursery & Pre-School have Longstanding, welcoming nursery team, we like to invest in supporting our staff to progress to the next stage in there career with support and traning opportunities. We designed a curriculum to encourage children to be super self-regulators, confident communicators, respectful citizens, risky learners, and independent individuals through sequenced learning. We all work closely alongside parents/carers and outside agencies to ensure we provide high quality care and education, in order to meet the holistic needs of each child, we are looking for a qualified Level 3 practitioner so come along and apply. As an Early Years Practitioner, you will: Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments and resources to children, that are appropriate to their age and stage of development. Understand and ensure that the requirements of the statutory framework for the EYFS are met. Ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the nursery, and promote these daily in every routine. Undertake any other duties to ensure the smooth running of the nursery, and the safety and wellbeing of children, staff and families. Maintain strictly professional relationships and report any complaints or concerns to management in accordance with company policy and procedures. *Duties and responsibilities in this job description are not exhaustive or restrictive, changes and other duties relevant to this post may be added. As an Early Years Practitioner, you will need: Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification - essential. Fluent in written and spoken English - essential.
