Job Description Support DA Delivery team by familiarising HUB processes specific to Projects, KPIs, queries for all collection services and execute them in coordination with local level HUB resources / local Delivery resources as per SOP & SLAs as per aligned timelines. Understand country level exceptions, nuances, timelines, requirements etc in detail and work with your manager to bring standardization in future operations. Qualifications
- College degree preferred
- 2-3 years of project management experience (preferably market research)
- Proficiency in English and Multi-country language proficiency is required
- High integrity record
- Comfortable working with data and numbers as well as collecting and reporting information
- Effective communication with troubleshooting approach including probing and listening, anticipating and providing solutions
- Attention to detail and inquiring mind
- Ability to work under pressure and set timelines
- Team player with collaborative disposition
- Professional maturity in relation to others and to work, which enables effectiveness while dealing with pressures and difficulties of a dynamic work environment
- Ability to come to an understanding of a situation, task, problem, opportunity
- Product knowledge (preferred)
- Multi-country market knowledge (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
