The ideal candidate plays a crucial role in the talent acquisition process, collaborating with the recruitment team to identify and attract top-notch candidates. Your responsibilities will include coordinating recruitment activities, managing candidate interactions, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process from sourcing to Final Interviews. Your Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Your roles and responsibilities are not limited to the below but also include supporting the team in all duties as the hiring manager needs. Additionally, you may need to work across different time zones according to current open jobs and assist team members as necessary.
2. Assist in developing and executing effective recruitment strategies in collaboration with hiring managers, understanding job requirements, and creating candidate profiles.
3. Conduct thorough reference checks and background screenings throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
4. Assist the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation, ensuring timely communication and follow-up with candidates.
5. Maintain accurate records in the system and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress.
6. Utilize diverse channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify and engage potential candidates.
7. Screen and shortlist candidates, prepare candidates, and coordinate interviews, assessments, and related activities.
8. Act as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers, overseeing recruitment databases and documentation.
9. Assist in creating and maintaining job descriptions and participating in recruitment events to promote the company's employer brand.
10. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements, ensuring compliance with employment laws.
11. Compile and analyze recruitment metrics and generate regular reports when requested.

1. Possess a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Exhibit excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
3. Showcase an understanding of employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in talent acquisition processes.
4. Display proactive and self-motivated characteristics, along with a team-oriented approach and strong collaboration skills.
5. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to effectively navigate and optimize the recruitment process.
6. Uphold the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with adaptability and openness to change.
