The Role

- Financial reporting experience a must
- Qualified Accountant with Min 2 years PQE
- Group reporting experience desirable
- Ability to work on own initiative
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare Monthly Management Accounts for review to tight deadlines across multiple entities
- Monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations and postings
- Prepare Monthly Cashflow statement for review - 6 entities
- Prepare monthly Capital expenditure statement for review
- Prepare comparison commentary on results
- Prepare Annual Accounts for review
- Further financial and operating reporting as requested
Other Tasks
- Prepare VAT returns
- PAYE/PRSI Returns
- Prepare Accruals Schedule
- Prepare Prepayments schedule
- Stock and COS Postings
- Bank Reconciliations
- Credit Card Clearing Accounts & Reconciliation as part of Month end procedures
- Monthly Debtors Review as part of month end process
- Monthly Creditors Review as part of month end process
- Clearing Accounts Reconciliation as part of month end process
- Monthly Payroll posting
- Intercompany Reconciliations
- Reconcile Aged Debtors to Control account as part of month end process
- Review Sales to ERP system Monthly as part of month end process
- Stock Provision Monthly as part of month end process
- Bad Debt Provision Management
- Nominal Review
- Annual Audit support
- Any reasonable task as requested by management
