Responsible for leading and managing the sales team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to drive growth and revenue for air filtration products and solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise, sales acumen, and effective leadership skills to build and motivate a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the KSA market
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, including engineering firms, contractors, and end-users
  • Provide technical guidance and solutions-based selling to customers on commercial, industrial, and residential air filtration offerings
  • Collaborate with the regional sales team to identify new business opportunities and coordinate cross-border initiatives
Team Management Duties:
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales team members to expand the KSA sales force as needed
  • Daily visits to the customers along with the sales team.
  • Manage, coach, and mentor the sales team to ensure they have the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to succeed
  • Set clear performance objectives and provide regular feedback and evaluation for the sales team
  • Identify training and development needs for the team and implement programs to enhance their capabilities
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and customer-centric culture within the sales team
  • Monitor team productivity, pipeline, and sales activities to identify areas for improvement
  • Address any performance or behavioral issues within the team in a timely and constructive manner
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to inform product development and marketing efforts
  • Communicate regularly with company leadership on business performance, customer feedback, and market intelligence
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and solutions to customers while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Represent the company at local industry events, conferences, and tradeshows
Skills Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and/or account management in the HVAC or air filtration industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, developing long-term customer relationships, and leading high-performing sales teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and people management skills
  • Fluency in English and Arabic; proficiency in other regional languages is a plus
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the KSA market
  • KSA market knowledge is a must.
  • Exposure to KSA Giga projects.
  • CRM previous experience.
