Senior Manager FP&A

Barden have been engaged by a high-growth tech start up with offices around the globe. They are seeking an experienced Senior Manager FP&A to join a well-established finance function on a permanent basis. Responsibilities:

• This role will report to the Head of Finance
• Key tasks include managing the FP&A team, driving budgeting and forecasting cycles, developing financial processes and tools, monitoring performance indicators, and collaborating across departments.
• Responsibilities also involve improving data presentation, partnering with Finance Operations and Data teams, creating financial models, and developing business partnerships. Reporting duties include preparing financial analysis for the Board, cash flow reporting, commission analysis, competitor analysis, and ad hoc reporting.
• This position is essential for advancing the F&A function, shifting our processes from manual tasks to fully automated workflows.

• Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA) with 6+ years’ experience managing teams working in fast growing finance/accounting leadership role
• Experience in high-growth start-ups; a strong understanding of multiple business segments and their accounting and metrics
• A dynamic, self-driven individual capable of acting as a collaborator and advisor.
• Goal-focused, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and produce high-quality work in a demanding, rapid-paced setting.
