We are looking for a Market Research Director to lead our market research team. The Market Research Director will be responsible for managing a team of researchers, overseeing research projects, and providing strategic guidance to clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in market research, strong leadership skills, and the ability to develop and execute research strategies. Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of market research professionals, providing mentorship and guidance.
  • Develop and execute research strategies that address client needs and objectives.
  • Manage multiple research projects from start to finish, including scoping, design, implementation, and analysis.
  • Analyze market research data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for clients.
  • Develop strategic recommendations based on research findings and present these recommendations to clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including client service, business development, and operations.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and new methodologies in market research.
  • Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing and presentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in market research, with a focus on quantitative research methods.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Extensive experience in managing market research projects from start to finish.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis software such as SPSS, SAS, or R.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute research strategies that address client needs and objectives.
  • Familiarity with market research methodologies and techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
