Purchasing Manager | Molla Sky Travel and Tourism L.L.c Dubai
We are seeking a full-time Purchasing Manager to oversee and manage our purchasing department. The role will be located in Dubai but we offer flexibility for some remote work. The Purchasing Manager will be responsible for managing a team of purchasers, developing and implementing procurement policies and procedures, sourcing new vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing practices. Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field
- 10+ years of relevant experience in purchasing, supply chain management, or procurement positions
- Strong negotiation skills and experience working with vendors and suppliers
- Experience with budgeting and financial analysis
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical staff, and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines
- Expertise in procurement software and systems like SAP, Oracle, or Coupa is desirable
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team of purchasers
