Job Responsibility
- Take care and answer client's information and oversee the sales process for the business.
- Work with senior team members to identify and manage assigned clients.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.
- Ensure excellent customer service through regular client follow up.
- Getting brief from client, debrief with internal team exactly client's ideas.
- Manage licenses and contracts for customers when the quote has been agreed, customers have signed contracts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Actively consult with key affiliates on an ongoing basis to help exceed their revenue objectives by recommending and implementing best practices or additional products/services to promote.
- Create positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
- Prepare proposal's materials customized for each client's specific business needs.
- Proactively explore new opportunities from current clients and tap into new markets for potential business growth.
- Set-up virtual and in-person sales meetings.
Job Requirements
- Preferably specializing in Marketing, Business Development, Operations Management, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of successful sales experience in professional B2B environments, preferably in the marketing field (including technical sales environments, e-commerce, or predominantly start-ups).
- Strong client service mindset.
- Strong problem solving and research skills.
- Strong relationship and networking skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, persuasion, analytical and management skills.
- Driven, self-motivated, can-do attitude, bring optimism and positive energy to the team.
- Willing to learn and challenge yourself to step out of your comfort zone.
- Strong commitment to business growth with strong influencing, persuading and project management skills.
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills with sufficient business acumen & marketing sense.
