Job Responsibility

  1. Take care and answer client's information and oversee the sales process for the business.
  2. Work with senior team members to identify and manage assigned clients.
  3. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.
  4. Ensure excellent customer service through regular client follow up.
  5. Getting brief from client, debrief with internal team exactly client's ideas.
  6. Manage licenses and contracts for customers when the quote has been agreed, customers have signed contracts.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  8. Actively consult with key affiliates on an ongoing basis to help exceed their revenue objectives by recommending and implementing best practices or additional products/services to promote.
  9. Create positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
  10. Prepare proposal's materials customized for each client's specific business needs.
  11. Proactively explore new opportunities from current clients and tap into new markets for potential business growth.
  12. Set-up virtual and in-person sales meetings.

Job Requirements

  1. Preferably specializing in Marketing, Business Development, Operations Management, or equivalent.
  2. At least 2 years of successful sales experience in professional B2B environments, preferably in the marketing field (including technical sales environments, e-commerce, or predominantly start-ups).
  3. Strong client service mindset.
  4. Strong problem solving and research skills.
  5. Strong relationship and networking skills.
  6. Strong interpersonal, communication, persuasion, analytical and management skills.
  7. Driven, self-motivated, can-do attitude, bring optimism and positive energy to the team.
  8. Willing to learn and challenge yourself to step out of your comfort zone.
  9. Strong commitment to business growth with strong influencing, persuading and project management skills.
  10. Excellent analytical and presentation skills with sufficient business acumen & marketing sense.
