Recruiter SWIFT SUPPORT SERVICES MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. About the Role In line with the policies/procedures, to provide/improve and communicate External Workforce (Consultants) activities/services, in meeting the project/business owners goals. What to expect:
- Understand hiring and/or project deliverables requirement from project managers/business owners and working closely with project managers/business owners to on board and coordinate end-to-end Consultants from the contracted vendors.
- Manage and monitor the end-to-end external workforce onboarding process, provide process transparency and progress to the project managers/business owners.
- Process, provide support and monitor the onboarding, renewal and offboarding process, approval, and all related matters to project managers/business owners, vendors, and buyers. Provide visibility on end to end process.
- Provide administration support to Buyer daily.
- Response to day-to-day queries related to External Workforce.
- Work closely with vendors and project managers/business owners on daily basis to address all problems/issues related to external workforce management.
- Identify trends and opportunities to improve existing processes.
- Participate in projects/non-Business as Usual initiatives, such as Mid-Year & Year End Contract renewal, Roadshow, etc.
- Maintain and develop internal customers contacts to keep sound understanding of their needs and communicate to them the approved spending level and other relevant information.
- Prepare standard operational reports.
- Increase knowledge and experience of External Workforce E2E process.
- Support Procurement Buyer on invoicing issues.
- A 3-years degree from a recognized university.
- 3 years' experience in external workforce management or related area (with customer interaction and exposure) in an international environment. With ideally 3 years' experience in SAP/ERP system.
