Experience: 10 - 12 years Role Overview:Creative Strategy and Vision:Developing Creative Direction: Set the overall creative direction for campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand identities.Idea Generation and Conceptualization: Lead brainstorming sessions and ideation processes to generate innovative concepts and strategies.Campaign Planning: Work closely with account management, strategy, and client teams to translate client briefs into creative strategies.Team Leadership and Management:Team Building: Build and lead a highly skilled and motivated creative team comprising designers, copywriters, art directors, and other creatives.Mentoring and Guidance: Provide mentorship, feedback, and guidance to nurture talent, encouraging creative growth and excellence.Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively, balancing workloads and skillsets to maximize team productivity.Execution and Collaboration:Creative Oversight: Oversee the development and execution of creative concepts, ensuring they meet quality standards and align with brand guidelines.Collaboration: Foster collaboration among creative teams and cross-functional departments (accounts, production, strategy) to execute integrated campaigns.Client Interaction: Act as a key liaison with clients during creative presentations, addressing feedback and aligning creative strategies with client needs.Innovation and Industry Awareness:Staying Current: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to infuse innovation into campaigns.Experimentation: Encourage a culture of experimentation and exploration to push creative boundaries and deliver cutting-edge work.Creative Pitching: Lead pitches and presentations for potential clients, showcasing the agency's creative capabilities.Quality Control and Performance Evaluation:Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest standard of creative output, reviewing and approving creative materials before client presentation.Performance Assessment: Set KPIs, evaluate campaign performance, and gather feedback to continually improve creative strategies.Business Growth and Client Relationships:Client Retention and Growth: Partner with account management teams to retain clients and expand business opportunities through creative excellence.New Business Development: Contribute to new business pitches by providing innovative creative ideas that align with potential client needs.Requirements:Experience: Significant experience (12+ years) in a creative leadership role within an advertising agency or related industry.Creativity: Demonstrated ability to generate original, effective, and impactful creative concepts.Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and team-building abilities.Strategic Thinking: A strategic mindset to align creative work with business goals and market trends.Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in relevant design and creative software tools.Client Management: Ability to manage client relationships and interpret client needs into effective creative strategies.Additional Information:This role requires a visionary leader who can inspire and guide creative teams, collaborate effectively across departments, maintain high standards of creative excellence, and drive the agency's success through innovative and impactful campaigns.
