AXLEBOLT is a successful developer of mobile games in the international market. We are currently actively expanding our team for our flagship project, Standoff2, a mobile first-person action shooter with real-time PvP battles. We are in search of a Senior Game Designer who will directly influence the quality of Standoff2's core gameplay and take it to new heights.In this position, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of a project played by over 30 million unique players monthly.Your responsibilities will include:Work on continuous gameplay improvement (enhancing existing mechanics, implementing new game modes)Act as a feature owner, guiding features from the idea stage to implementationAnalyze key product metrics, propose and justify hypotheses for their improvementWork with game documentation and improve the processes within the teamExplore and study gaming industry trends and apply best practices in game designParticipate in team formation and developmentSkills required:Game design experience on commercially successful projects for at least 3 yearsExperience working with midcore/hardcore projects in the operational and liveOps stagesAbility to analyze product metricsPossess a rich gaming experience, especially in shooters, knowledge of gaming trends, and an understanding of the interests of the international audienceWith us, you will find:A team of strong professionals ready to share experiences and achieve new heightsAn atmosphere of freedom and openness within the companyThe opportunity to influence key product decisionsEmployee care, noticeable in work, personal relationships, and through valuable benefitsAnd more about the benefits:Health insurance (DMS)The opportunity to work from comfortable offices in different countries or remotelyCompensation for sessions with a psychologistPaid parkingIf you are ready to join our team, send your response!
