Air & Sea Freight Manager Pak Group of Companies, Pakistan Identify and prospect new business/clients via cold-calling and sales activities.Build and develop strong relationships with new and existing clients.Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to encourage up-selling and retention.Generating new business leads and setting appointments.Negotiating air and Sea freights with carriers and airlines.Maintaining regular contact with existing clients to determine their daily and weekly shipping needs.Providing responsive customer service and resolving client issues quickly and efficientlyEnsuring that all client freight loads are shipped on time.Meeting or exceeding all performance goals.Working closely with operations and CS team smooth and efficient customer care.Other ad-hoc duties as requiredJob SpecificationREQUIREMENTSMinimum 2 to 3 years experience in handling air and sea freight.Good relationships with Air and Sea Lines.Good communication skill, problem solving and able to work in pressure.Mush have skill of air and Sea freight negotiation with Air / Shipping lines and customers as well.Minimum education bachelor or equivalent.Sales experience in Logistics.Good command in English both speaking and writing.Strong judgement and decision making skills.Negotiation and persuasion skills.Critical thinking and creative problem solving skills.
