Operations Analysis Engineer

The Operations Analysis Engineer is part of KONE's Remote Monitoring and Support team that identifies elevator faults and issues remotely from our Global Operations Centre. They work together with KONE's field operations personnel to solve site issues, ensuring smooth elevator and escalator performance for KONE's customers worldwide. What will you be doing?
- Monitoring of KONE's strategic Major Project and Hi-Rise projects within assigned regions.
- Perform daily analysis of critical issues to determine root causes.
- Providing technical support off-site (90%) and on-site (10%) when required.
- Development of existing data analysis systems and tools while maintaining own database.
- Utilization of collected data to generate related analysis reports.
- Take part in cross-functional collaboration to create new solutions for continuous improvement.
- Ensuring that work is carried out in line with clearly defined procedures and guidelines while working in a well-organized manner.
- Understanding of circuit diagrams and electrical components.
- Good debugging skills with software and hardware.
- Managing the basics of IT.
- Data handling and analytics.
- Experience with projects related to internet connectivity / IoT will be an added advantage.
- Experience working with power-bi, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills will be an added advantage.
