Help Desk & IT Support (Information & Communication Technology)
- Supporting, maintaining, and optimizing infrastructure and system operation.
- Manage infrastructure and system-related projects.
- Provide daily technical support to users and troubleshoot and isolate network, software, and hardware problems.
- IT operations including routine backups, network troubleshooting/maintenance, server room equipment, office PC, and peripherals maintenance.
- Administration management of various systems and application-related services such as secured remote access, antivirus, email, and user account maintenance.
- Handle ad-hoc projects as needed.
- Monitor and conduct surveillance on the effectiveness of the HSE system at the workplace.
- Supervise the implementation of HSE system at the workplace and correct workers in any violation of the HSE rules and procedures.
- Perform any other related duties delegated by superiors.
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or any other relevant qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT/related field.
