Help Desk & IT Support (Information & Communication Technology)

  • Supporting, maintaining, and optimizing infrastructure and system operation.
  • Manage infrastructure and system-related projects.
  • Provide daily technical support to users and troubleshoot and isolate network, software, and hardware problems.
  • IT operations including routine backups, network troubleshooting/maintenance, server room equipment, office PC, and peripherals maintenance.
  • Administration management of various systems and application-related services such as secured remote access, antivirus, email, and user account maintenance.
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as needed.
  • Monitor and conduct surveillance on the effectiveness of the HSE system at the workplace.
  • Supervise the implementation of HSE system at the workplace and correct workers in any violation of the HSE rules and procedures.
  • Perform any other related duties delegated by superiors.
Qualification
  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or any other relevant qualification.
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT/related field.
