Job Description

What We're Looking For: Are you an expert in Ecommerce marketing with a passion for wellness and a desire to make a positive impact on people's lives? Do you thrive in a fast-paced startup environment where you can lead innovative marketing strategies? If so, PurelyB is looking for an Ecommerce Marketing Manager to join our team and help us empower individuals to achieve optimal health and well-being through our range of natural, holistic wellness products. Your Role: As our Ecommerce Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving sales and enhancing brand awareness for PurelyB’s innovative wellness products across omnichannels and markets. With your growth marketing expertise and strategic mindset, you will craft creative compelling stories that resonate with our audience, introducing our products with a bang and fostering genuine connections. You will lead and manage a team of performance marketing specialists, graphic designer, copywriter, email marketer, social media executive, and customer service executive to ensure end to end success for our sales and marketing campaigns, conversions and retention.

Job Requirements

  1. Develop and implement e-commerce marketing strategies to boost sales and revenue while promoting PurelyB’s mission and values.
  2. Lead, execute, manage, and optimize ecommerce marketing channels, including our website, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok store, social media, marketplaces, email, affiliate marketing, and paid advertising - working closely with our 3rd party agencies and internal team.
  3. Manage and continuously improve the PurelyB website funnel conversion rates, retention, and user experience working closely with our developer, copywriter, and designer.
  4. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to make informed, data-driven decisions.
  5. Create and execute targeted campaigns that engage and inspire our audience, reflecting the unique benefits of PurelyB’s products.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, logistics, and customer experience, to ensure alignment with business goals.
  7. Track and report on key metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and ROI to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and achieving company targets.
  8. Stay ahead of industry trends and technology to maintain a competitive edge and ensure PurelyB remains a leader in the wellness space.
  9. Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to optimize marketing spend and achieve maximum impact.
  10. Lead and mentor a team of creative professionals, including copywriters, content creators, and ecommerce marketing specialists, to achieve departmental objectives.
  11. Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in all marketing activities, reflecting PurelyB’s commitment to integrity and transparency.
  12. Assist where needed to manage sales and marketing events.
