The Bid Coordinator is responsible for managing the development and submission of high-quality proposals for bidding in the high voltage energy sector. This role involves coordinating with various internal departments, ensuring compliance with client requirements, and maintaining schedules to meet deadlines. The Bid Coordinator plays a crucial role in securing new projects and contributing to the company’s growth. Some of the key activities include (but are not limited to):

• Lead and manage the proposal development process from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, finance, and other departments to gather necessary information and inputs.
• Ensure all proposals comply with client requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
• Prepare, review, and edit proposal documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and completeness.
• Develop and maintain proposal schedules, setting deadlines and ensuring all stakeholders adhere to them.
• Conduct quality checks and reviews to ensure the final proposal meets the client's specifications and expectations.
• Participate in pre and post-sales technical and commercial meetings.
• Manage regular updates on the status and outcomes of proposals.
• Analyze bid documents and technical specifications.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in proposal management, preferably in the high voltage energy sector.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of high voltage energy systems and related engineering principles.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure.
