Responsibilities:

1. As Sales Specialist in our Trading Sales team, you will be accountable for structuring and closing deals to drive growth by:
2. Providing in-depth customer and market insights to identify new business opportunities and drive the sales process.
3. Driving our thought-leadership agenda by supporting community building.
4. Being aware of all aspects of key competitors' offerings, their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, and developing strategies to be first on the market.
5. Having a strong eye for business and commercial strategy.
6. Proactively identifying pipeline opportunities.
7. Delivering customer demonstrations of their specific propositions.

Skills & Qualifications:

1. Being self-motivated and reliant; highly driven individuals will reap rewards with fruitful deals.
2. Be up to the challenge to tackle clients' detailed requirements.
3. You are familiar with the workflow of customers in dealing with different departments such as Commodities Trading, Shipping, Trade Finance, Risk, Compliance, Middle & Back office, Technology, Reporting, etc.
4. 3 years of industry, sales, or market experience.
5. Experience in a quota-bearing sales environment.
6. Demonstrate a great understanding of the commodities markets and an interest in technologies (Advantage: Python, APIs).
7. Passion for sales with a hunting approach.
8. Focus on results.
