Reporting to the VP Marketplace, the Regional Partnership Manager – Marketplace is a pivotal role responsible for sourcing a wide range of merchandise for our marketplace, catering to the specific needs of various clients, including major loyalty programs. This role involves identifying and partnering with Brands, Distributors, Incentive Houses and Retailers (in that order of preference) across multiple countries to ensure a comprehensive and appealing product assortment. The Regional Partnership Manager will negotiate the best pricing to maintain competitive margins, manage brand / distributor/incentive house/retailer relationships, support the Program Consultants with product sourcing, and ensure sellers provide an outstanding customer experience. Regional Partnership Manager | Loylogic Dubai | Apply Now Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management within a marketplace or e-commerce environment. Proven track record of successful merchandise sourcing, negotiation, and relationship management. Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics, customer needs, and product trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
