The Project Manager will be responsible for expediting projects, managing inspections, and overseeing logistics management on a day-to-day basis. Qualifications
- Experience in expediting and project management
- Skills in inspection and logistics management
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Knowledge of financial services industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Familiarity with Real Estate, Property Management and/or construction industry
- Implementation of Appfolio, Yardi and other property management tools
