Indoor Sales Advisor

Job Responsibility

1. Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
2. Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on sales leads.
3. Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
4. Handling customer enquiries and complaints.
5. Keeping up with product information and updates.
6. Ensuring product displays and the general appearance of the showroom meet company specifications and standards.

Job Requirements

1. Fresh graduates and SPM leavers are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
2. Excellent hands-on skills with an eye for details.
3. Positive attitude and responsible character.
4. Pleasant personality with a focus on excellence in customer service.
5. Prior working experience will be an added advantage.
6. Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties.
