The role This role works closely with key internal partners to drive digital paid marketing effectiveness in the sense of optimizing investment to achieve maximum ROAS. Provide expertise advance to guide internal teams to have the best practices on digital paid media. What will you do:

  • Drive digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive traffic, generate leads and increase sales.
  • Provide campaign performance analysis and recommendations to optimize performance for the best ROAS and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor and report on regular and key program metrics, and use insights to make data-driven decisions to support the marketing plan.
  • Support the planning and execution of all digital channels, SEO/SEM, Google ads, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to ensure the company keeps abreast of the curve.
What are we looking for:
  • Degree holder in Marketing or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience. At least 2 years of hands-on performance media experience (Agency Experience Preferred – but not necessary).
  • Experience in Marketplaces and brand.com.
  • Experience in Using Google Ad, Meta Business Suite, GA4, GTM, Adobe Analytics.
  • Strong acumen on social media trends in APAC and technology.
  • Highly motivated individual with entrepreneurial spirit and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent team player and able to provide guidance to Junior Staff & develop overall team capabilities.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English (Bonus if have additional Asian language).
