Responsibilities:

• Take care of all branch cash and credit sales.
• Greet customers.
• Manage customer orders and be aware of the area.
• Ensure all orders are punched in POS.
• Provide accurate information to customers about other currencies.
• Possess concept and product knowledge.
• Utilize up-selling skills.
• Maintain the branch image.
• Turn on the air conditioning system.
• Turn on necessary lights for sales floor preparation.
• Check the opening balance for cashier cash and drivers cash; inform the manager of any shortages or overages.
• Print the cashier report and have it signed by the manager and cashier.
• Check all POS systems and verify the date and functionality by calling the landline.
• Follow the cashier procedure by entering your password and choosing your assigned cash tray.
• Check thermal rolls in the printer and card machines.
• Clean and organize the customer area when necessary.
• Notify the manager of all customer and POS system issues.
• Check Talabat prices, hide items, and the delivery driver sheet.
• Consult with kitchen staff for the up-selling product list.
• Prepare for rush hour and support the back house during busy times.
• Focus on customer orders and avoid entering incorrect orders.
• Record customer orders into the POS system, ensuring each request is fully and accurately entered.
• Identify customer complaints and inform the manager to take corrective steps.
• Follow the opening inventory process.
