Executive, Finance (Accounting & Reporting)

1. Perform A&R tasks which include Fixed Asset Accounting, General Accounting & Reporting tasks, and handling issues with the respective departments.
2. Provide support for closing activities, perform detailed accounts analysis, and prepare GL/intercompany/bank reconciliations and other reconciliations.
3. Manage Business Planning Consolidation (BPC) submission, Statutory Reporting, Tax Computation, and other related duties.
4. Make recommendations for continuous process improvements.

• A recognized Degree in Accounting and/or professional qualification with 1 to 2 relevant working experiences is preferred.
• A fresh graduate with a recognized Degree in Accounting can be considered.
• Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of General Accounting and Reporting.
• Understands basic accounting terminology and is able to articulate accounting concepts in day-to-day work.
• Working experience in SAP and/or other ERP systems such as IFCA system is preferred.
• Expertise in MS Office Tools (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint).

• Good personal computer and business solutions software skills.
• Experience in robotic process automation would be an added advantage.
• Meticulous, independent, and able to perform under tight deadlines.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Organizational skills to balance and prioritize work.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
