54060 | Finance & Accounting | Professional | n.a. | Allianz Malaysia | Full-Time | Permanent We are seeking an experienced Onboarding Manager to drive and implement finance transformation initiatives within Allianz Asia Pacific as a representative of the global program team. The role is instrumental in ensuring the effective onboarding of operating entities onto the program, which includes but is not limited to the integration of SAP S/4 Hana into our global finance platform. The ideal candidate should possess a sound background in Finance Transformations, complemented by strong leadership skills and a good understanding of the finance processes and technology within the insurance industry. What You Do
- Lead and oversee end-to-end implementation projects for SAP Finance solutions.
- Work closely with the Allianz operating entities within the region.
- Provide guidance and recommendations based on program methodologies and best practices.
- Set up the regional onboarding team, reporting structures, and SLAs.
- Plan and coordinate key activities for each phase of the transformation program lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Ensure successful delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Identify key risks and issues that could impact the success of the program - monitor progress against the project plans, status reporting, and escalation of issues as required into the program governance.
- Facilitate Fit/Gap workshops.
- Ensure the team follows the relevant governance processes when documenting identified solution gaps.
- Conduct user training and change management sessions as required.
- Ensure gaps that have been approved within governance forums are incorporated into build plans.
- Over 10 years managerial experience in line functions and/or projects with combined Finance & IT scope.
- Experience in Finance Transformation programs, e.g., SAP - detailed understanding of architecture and E2E processes within finance transformation initiatives.
- Sound communication and leadership skills (strong English language speaker is a must).
- Leader with a drive to harmonize and protect frameworks and methodologies from non-standard requests.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Finance processes overall and of multiple GAAPs across Europe and Worldwide, especially statutory requirements of local regulators.
- Project management expertise.
- Fundamental knowledge in agile ways of working and tools (e.g., JIRA) would be beneficial.
