My client is a high-performance entertainment & gaming company searching for a Performance and Rewards Manager to join their HR function. This role will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational success!About the Role:
As the Performance and Rewards Manager, you'll develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance employee performance and development working with the C-suite. Your work will ensure that our performance management initiatives align seamlessly with our organizational goals and adhere to best practices in HR policies.Key Responsibilities:
- Align performance management strategies with company goals.
- Develop procedures that enhance employee performance.
- Establish communication channels for feedback and policy adjustments.
- Use data to evaluate and address performance and development barriers.
- Prepare performance efficiency reports and recommend changes.
- Design and deliver training programs for continuous improvement.
- Resolve workplace issues affecting performance.
- Communicate performance practices and ensure organization-wide understanding.
- Refine performance strategies based on feedback.
- Offer guidance to overcome performance barriers.
- Develop systems for collecting and analyzing performance data.
Must Have:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Performance and Rewards Manager.
- Gaming / Entertainment / I-gaming experience.
- Implementation of internal compensation structure and benefits structuring.
- Expertise in developing and implementing performance management strategies.
- Experience in the gaming industry is a plus.
- Exceptional communication, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills.
Nice to Have:
- UAE or GCC region experience.
- CIPD / HR qualification.
