Digital Workplace Manager Freelance

The role As a Digital Workplace Manager, the purpose of this role is to manage the team on a day-to-day basis, mentoring and developing the team members' core skills and expertise while maturing the overall processes and procedures. Key Responsibilities You are the Technical Project Manager of a hybrid team consisting of 2 internal members in and 5 offshore resources.

• Providing level 2 support for workplace-related services, focusing primarily on endpoint management via SCCM and Intune, and printing.
• Monitoring and coordinating tasks related to the Azure Virtual Desktop Project.
• Driving improvements in reporting.
• Ensuring stakeholder management, collaboration, and engagement with cross-functional teams.
• Implementing and maintaining End User Computing and Microsoft 365 service architecture, service design, service management, and configuration management responsibilities.
• Mitigating and managing associated risks regarding IT assets and services.

• Fluency in English and Dutch
• To occasionally come on site in Amsterdam
• Have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge and experience with: Windows, Mac, M365/Teams, Intune/JamF, Autopilot, Next
• Extensive experience in the End User Computing workspace
• Previous experience with project management/leading projects
• Able to keep oversight while managing a lot of activities
