We are looking for self-driven young professionals that are eager to launch their career in consulting, to make an impact for our clients and to build hands-on experience on challenging real-life client projects. Our Strategy and Operations practice spans a wide range of clients’ Digital Transformation needs. Our services include business modeling, process design and improvement, change management, project management, operating model design, go-to-market strategy, front-to-back digitisation, and IT systems assessment and implementation. We assist clients in strategising, designing and implementing key initiatives across various areas including:

• Strategy and Business Model Design
• Customer Experience, Sales, Service and Marketing
• Digital Supply Chain and Operations
• Procurement
• International Development and Sustainability

We are seeking bright and enthusiastic young professionals who are passionate about problem solving and keen to pick up the requisite skills for a long term career at PwC. We are looking for candidates to join our Associate intake in July 2025. About The Role:

• You will bring Strategic & Operations Consulting experience to engagement delivery which includes aligning strategy, data, people, process and technology for the digital age.
• You will support the team in building and leveraging relationships with clients, support sales process in developing proposals, market propositions etc.
• You will support business development, thought leadership and research & development activities as appropriate.
• You will contribute to overall development and growth of the Strategy & Operations practice.

Skill Requirements:

• Young professionals or fresh graduates in any specialization from reputable local and overseas universities.
• Excellent academic and co-curricular achievement record.
• Are keen to develop themselves in consulting.
• Are highly motivated, enthusiastic, confident and creative.
• A results-oriented self starter who can work in teams, is resourceful and willing to think out of the box.
• Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure, and be highly adaptable in a dynamic environment.
• Have a good co-curricular activities record.
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Are service-oriented and committed to teamwork and excellence.
