Let's move together!What you'll do:Contributing to brand and department open to buy planningAssisting with department, brand and product forecastingMaintaining 100% availability on core lines through monitoring performance and re-forecasting based on sale trendsBuilding strong relationships with key stakeholdersPrepares trade update for their area, communicating key highlights and lowlights and identifying actionsFeeds into the assortment strategy alongside Buying counterpartEnsure the assortment and ranging policies are aligned to the wider business strategyRe-planning and forecasting of the relevant variables including OTB, sales, margin, profit, stock turn and margin mix highlighting opportunities, threats and required actionTracking deliveries vs plan and highlight issues and proposing solutionsEnsure best in class data driven approach to reporting, analytics, planning and in season managementWill need to have a keen understanding of the market and competition to be able to accurately make suggestions on brands, assortment and pricing for NamshiWhat you'll need:Bachelor degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics or comparable field experience1-2 years of previous Merchandising experience in the fashion e-commerce spaceStrong Excel SkillsHighly analyticalGeneral retail skills and business acumenSolution focusedStrong problem solving skillsHighly motivated self-starterWho will excel?The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-pressure environment with a strong passion for delivering results.
