Teacher vacancy at Primrose British nursery Al ReemWe are looking for a passionate nursery teacher to join us immediately.The successful candidate must be:·Bachelor's Degree of Education or Cache Level 3· experience teaching 1-4 years old· in-depth understanding of childhood development and EYFS Curriculum· Excellent communication skills in the English Language.· 2 to 3 years' experience· Attentive and patient· Excellent in arts and craft· Based in Abu Dhabi and on family residency· Have a police clearance· Full timeResponsibilities:Undertaking activities with all children to ensure their safety and facilitate their physical, emotional and educational development.Carry out planned educational activities and programmes of learning whilst promoting independent learning.To provide a high standard of care and educate within the framework of the Early Years Foundation StageWorks to establish a supportive relationship with children and parents concerned and interact with them according to their individual needs.Encourage acceptance and inclusion of all children and use appropriate skills to adapt activities necessary to meet the needs of all students.To monitor, assess and record children's individual needs with the Learning and Development Profile Book.To develop action plans where necessary to support children's learning.To be responsible for the care, welfare, health and safety and security of all children within the Nursery i.e. inside & outsideTo act as a positive role model and encourage positive behavior in line within the Nurseries Policies and ProceduresTo assume responsibility for the preparation of displaysTo participate in assessments of and preparing reports on children's work and developmentTo actively participate in training programmes, attending professional development activities as appropriate and actively contribute to their annual appraisal.To compile in house training i.e. identifying topics and prepare and present training to fellow staff membersTo contribute to the social and extra curriculum activities of the Nursery and assist with the organization of such as required.To leave the Nursery ready for the next day, ensuring that plans are ready to be implemented and resources availableTo follow ADEK approved teaching requirementsTo use our Parent app to its full potential i.e. pics/message to parents, tag pictures/ children assessments etc…To ensure classroom is clean and hygienic according to the high standards of Liverpool Reem as well all the toys are sanitized dailyIncluded but not limited to the above. Duties and responsibilities of the position may change over time as requirements and circumstances change. The person in the post may also be required to carry out such other duties
