Grocery Shopper Marketing Lead Slough (Hybrid - 2 days in HQ plus a need for time spent with customers and in-store) Join our snack-loving team! We're looking for a Grocery Shopper Marketing Lead to join our team at KP Snacks. Fancy being part of a group where your ideas matter and your growth is celebrated? As Grocery Shopper Marketing Lead, you'll optimise KP Snacks' branded prominence in-store & online, driving mental availability with our brand distinctive assets aligned with Marketing campaigns and physical availability through great execution of customer media and displays, which interrupts shoppers to increase conversion to purchase to drive brand penetration. What will you be doing?

  • Leading the development of best in class Shopper Marketing campaigns aligned to the KP Marketing Masterplan and deliver execution within our key Grocery customer partners
  • You'll own the Grocery Shopper Marketing agenda and also have specific customer alignment to Tesco, working collaboratively to drive presence, prominence and interruption points in-store
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to enable maximum presence of campaigns as well as working cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing colleagues
  • In this role you'll manage agency and supplier partners, developing strong relationships in order to balance excellent execution and ROI on budget spends
  • Managing a team of two Shopper Marketing Managers so you'll have the opportunity to utilise your leadership and coaching skills on a regular basis, plus there will be great development opportunities for your own personal growth
A little bit about our location   Our Slough HQ is home to our Corporate & Commercial teams (e.g Sales, Marketing and Finance, among others). We’re all together on one floor and it’s a bright, vibrant, open plan space with lots of different seating and meeting room options that can accommodate any type of conversation from 121’s, team meetings, private soundproof phone booths to a Boardroom setting. We encourage our colleagues to converge and collaborate 2-3 days per week (usually on Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays). We’d love to hear from you if you have:
  • Significant knowledge of Shopper Marketing, preferably from within the Grocery channel
  • Proven influencing skills and commercial acumen with a desire to deliver great results
  • People management and coaching experience as you will lead a small team but be able to demonstrate your potential to grow into a more senior position
  • A "my business", growth mindset with a desire to learn, develop and progress into a more senior leadership role
