Job Purpose The role of Sales Executive is really important to the success of our Velos product. You will be responsible for communicating with future and existing customers of Radius, utilising inbound and outbound calls to generate business for the company and support our customers through the sales process. The goal is to help the company grow by speaking with potential customers, developing business and maintaining good relationships with our clients. We would love to welcome you to our Galway office, working hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm. Your responsibilities day to day will be…

  1. Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about our business Mastercard, Velos, explaining to them how Velos can benefit them.
  2. Supporting customers through the sales process from credit applications, activations and helping them to get up and running with their product.
  3. Maintaining a positive relationship between Radius and our customers.
  4. Drive conversation to understand customer requirements, potential issues, wants and needs.
  5. Work towards achievable sales targets and be financially rewarded to support the ongoing growth of this fast-growing division.
