Position : Property and Vendor Information Specialist Working Hours : 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time Salary Range : $900-$1000About the role: Join the Techvestor team as a key part of our finance department. You'll be responsible for ensuring our financial operations run smoothly, from maintaining records and checking to make sure tax, insurance and mortgage payments are made to provide info about our assets to our investors. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our properties are managed efficiently and our investors are kept informed. Duties and Responsibilities: ● Saving property documents and pictures to the correct folders in Dropbox ● Uploading photos and maintaining info for property pages on our investor portal ● Sending documents/contracts and inputting data into Google Sheets ● Setting up properties for sales/occupancy taxes with Avalara and uploading monthly property revenue reports ● Calling about account concerns, discrepancies in billing, and other concerns ● Assistance with record maintenance ● Coordinating with Ops with license-related topics

  Requirements: ● Has 1 year of remote work experience ● Able to efficiently communicate with vendors/point of contacts ● Data entry and management ● Intermediate level of knowledge and experience with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel ● Able to create and maintain processes ● Need to be tech savvy and a problem solver ● Detail-oriented ● Organized ● Takes initiative/self-motivated ● Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once ● Extremely responsive
