Role Overview With our growth in Bahrain, we’re looking for a star to join our team as a Marketing Manager, to be responsible for developing, executing, and overseeing marketing strategies tailored to the Bahraini market helping us stay fresh and competitive. Main Responsibilities

  1. Build quarterly and monthly local marketing strategies derived from the company’s goals.
  2. Own marketing KPIs tracking and achievement such as: achieving growth and delivery targets.
  3. Lead and grow a team of marketing specialists.
  4. Manage marketing budgets and spend on a monthly and quarterly basis ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  5. Oversee customer communication plans & CRM process.
  6. Own the development of engaging localized marketing calendar.
  7. Launch marketing campaigns end-to-end, to acquire customers across various channels.
  8. Identify key customer segments to tailor marketing messages.
  9. Work cross-functionally with customer experience, product, growth, design, local operations, food team, etc. to align on new launches, targets, campaign development, etc.
  10. Identify new customer acquisition opportunities and test innovative strategies for effectiveness.
  11. Ensure all customer acquisition activities comply with local regulations and ethical standards.
  12. Ensure excellent customer experience and journey.
  13. Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players.
  14. Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance data to optimize ROI and adjust strategies accordingly.
  15. Conduct thorough market research to understand customer behavior, preferences, trends, and competitors' activities in Bahrain.
  16. Liaise with social media influencers to execute promotional campaigns.
Ideal Candidate
  1. Strong understanding of the Bahraini culture, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
  2. 3+ years of marketing experience, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
  3. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
  4. Exceptional communication and writing skills in English and Arabic.
  5. Proven experience in planning and executing successful customer acquisition campaigns.
  6. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics.
  7. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and market research techniques.
  8. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  9. Collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  10. Pleasant personality and able to lead with empathy and patience.
