Area Sales Manager

JOB PURPOSE: To manage the sales of the company products in the area and to support in the designing and conducting of sales strategies to meet the sales objectives for the assigned Area. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Strategic Contribution Execute the annual business plan and targets and comply with the strategic agenda of the Sales & Distribution / Sales Operations to deliver Nadec vision and mission. Translate the strategy into operational business plans for the Sales & Distribution / Sales Operations and lead the performance and execution of those plans to achieve functional objectives and deliver the Company’s strategy.
2. Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures Adhere with direction for the development and implementation of organizational unit’s policies, systems, processes and procedures, identifying potential areas of improvement to ensure efficient and effective operation. Comply with corporate requirements on adherence to policies, procedures and instructions related to all relevant regulatory directives to ensure a safe and risk-free environment.
3. People Management Accountabilities Ensure that all subordinates have clear objectives, constructive and accurate performance feedback sessions, formal annual performance appraisals, and individual development plans.

1. Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in any subject with a certificate in Sales Management.
2. Experience: 5-7 years of sales experience including 4 years of demonstrated track record of field sales, preferably in the Dairy or FMCG industry. Knowledge of sales and sales administration processes.
