Senior Clerk – Remedial and Collection Department The position will be responsible for the following: Review, monitor, investigate historical data of overdue payments and follow up on assigned overdue accounts for suitable payment plan and prompt recovery action. Attending customers and respond to their inquiries pertinent to overdue, including resolving customers’ credit related issues with the bank. Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance Minimum 2 years’ experience in the collections or customer service. Good Hands-on knowledge with problem-solving, communication skills. Ability to communicate in English & Arabic. #J-18808-Ljbffr
