- Advising Director Finance in strategic matters of the company including complete preparation and reporting of budgets, investments feasibilities, transfer pricing, inventory management & overall production planning etc. for effective financial & tax & management.
- Supervising group Finance & Accounts department for efficient and effective functioning.
- Preparing and verifying all Management Information Reports (M I Rs) including monthly/annually separate and group consol ideated financial Statements a long with variance and ratio analysis.
- Supervising custom duty exemption working and filing of required information to ministry ofindustry & Commerce - Bahrain.
- Preparing currency exchange strategy and minimizing exchange losses of the group.
- Preparing FX currency buying strategy of the group and optimizing the different GCCcurrency utility for FX payment obligation in EU RO, CH F, USD, and GBP etc.
- Preparing 08 week cash forecast and managing weekly fund transfers and buying of foreign currencies as per forecast.
- Supervising entire payable section including routine payments, advances, suppliers' reconciliations etc.
- Supervising bank reconciliations (Cash & Credit Card).
- Looking after various Banking and financial matters and managing effective relationship and liaison with different financial institutions.

- Managing entire group funds and investing in shariah compliant products.
- Organizing externalaudits in Bahrain (The Parent Com pan y of the Group and supervising external audits of subsidiaries incorporated as limited liability companies in other GCC countries including KSA, QATAR, OMAN, and UAE.
- Supervising tax ret urns of subsidiaries I n Qatar and Oman and ensuring their submission to respective tax authorities within prescribed timelines and fulfill the other status or requirements.
- Supervising Zakat computation for subsidiary in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia - KSA and ensuring its timely deposit in Department of Zakat and Income Tax (DZIT).
