An implementation consultant works with clients and prospects to understand their company and configure our solutions to match their needs so that we can offer a solution that works and maximizes growth chances. Required to manage each implementation project in an organized manner, informing the client of estimated completion dates for each step.

Enable, communicate, manage change, and provide technical assistance to customers to show them the benefit of client tools and consulting.

Plan and lead Client User Testing, record and monitor results, ensuring issues are resolved quicky and verifying the configuration meets business and technical demands.

Supports the development and implementation of the project plan. Keeps track of project plans (such as the detailed plan, milestones, and work breakdown structures) and assigns tasks to resources to make sure the project is finished on time and to specifications.

Skills:

In collaboration with functional and technical subject matter experts (both internal and external), proposes alternative technical or business solutions and advises about the potential benefits and risks as well as the effects on other business processes and systems.

End-to-end configuration testing, user testing collaboration and leadership, test result documentation and monitoring, and issue resolution are all priorities.

A minimum of five years experience in implementing/onboarding/project management/customer success/building relationships/change management is essential.

Business or related bachelor's degrees are encouraged, but not required.

Acknowledges extensive responsibility for project completion; excellent information sharing skills; needs minimal supervision from a senior manager
