Responsibilities:
External requests
Collect information and evaluate requests (e.g. token swap, airdrop, etc) from external partners / listed tokens
Coordinate/Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to execute requests effectively and successfully (project management)
Internal requests and special projects
Manage and facilitate BAU requests from internal stakeholders (trading pair listing/delisting, trading zone management, deposit return, etc)
Drive special ad-hoc projects (token audit, CRM system roll out) from solutions development, coordination with stakeholders to implementation
Optimize structure and SOP to improve efficiency for team or organization, e.g. TGbot
Requirements:
2 to 6 years of working experience
Ideally has experience with project management and working with multiple stakeholders
Proficient with excel, word and powerpoint
Analytical, structured, organized and detail oriented
Entrepreneurship mentality - Driven, self-starter and able to evaluate risks and rewards of different decisions
Strong interpersonal skills. Able to work well (including negotiation) with team, cross-functional colleagues, and external partner
Basic understanding of crypto
Strong passion for crypto and digital assets. We are trying to change an entire industry and it will take time. Passion is what gets you excited to come to work every morning
