We're seeking a credit risk officer in LAMAA. You will be crucial in strengthening processes to mitigate a spectrum of risks, including credit, fraud, regulatory, operational, and compliance exposures.Your responsibilities:Credit Risk Analysis and Process Reporting: Oversee the monitoring of credit worthiness and fraud trends and generate reports to help management make financial decisions.Reviewing financial statements and other data to assess the company's overall financial conditionReviewing loan applications, credit reports, and other documentation to determine whether to approve or deny loans.Analyzing industry trends to identify new opportunities for lending productsCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with different teams to develop and streamline fraud management and portfolio management. Your expertise:Bachelor's degree or equivalent, backed by solid experience in risk management within a business environment, highlighting a strong emphasis on process enhancement and operational efficiency.Demonstrated experience in crafting and refining risk management procedures and frameworks.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a capacity for critical thinking and process optimization.Adept at multitasking and managing high-pressure situations, maintaining composure and focus to drive process improvements.exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to foster a proactive learning environment.An innovative mindset with a penchant for identifying and implementing process advancements in risk management
